(Top Shop Ruched Dress)

I've been staring at this dress for weeks now on Topshop.com and I can't get over how much I like it.  I have the perfect event in mind for it (nod to Mo's Wedding).....anyhow on a "shopping hiatus" for as long as I can stand and so for now I will just have to keep staring.
