There were some positively gorgeous gowns making their way down the red carpet on Sunday for the Emmy awards but I have to say the trend of the night was the red dress seen on many of the stars. My favorites were Lea Michele, Kate Winslet and Nina Dobrev who all wore the red trend in dresses that had just enough detailing to make them stand out but not so much that it was overpowering. Who were your favorite dressed celebrities of the night?

I LOVED all the red on the red carpet! SO glamorous and sexy. My personal favorite red dress of the night was Sofia Vergara's. Oooh la la and va va va voom! And while I thought Lea Michele looked stunning, I felt her dress was a bit 'old' for her! Those shoulders, that neckline. I don't know. Love her in red, and I think she could have gone with something fresh and youthful.
